From May 23 to 25, 2023, the two drive technology manufacturers will present their highlights for the automation industry.

In line with the motto of the sps, Dunkermotoren will present its latest IIoT product "Smart
Diagnostics" with its own IIoT brand nexofox. This innovation enables Dunkermotoren
customers to choose from different packages depending on how many motors they want to
monitor with Smart Diagnostics. This way, different features such as indications and alerts
based on configurable thresholds can be used. At the booth in Hall 5 L005, the nexofox team
will demonstrate live how this can work using a brushless motor with external electronics as
well as a smart BG motor with integrated electronics.

In addition to the nexofox solutions, Dunkermotoren will also show a highly dynamic 4-axis
handling system in Parma. The Gantry System consists of different linear modules, which
provide visitors of the booth with small chocolate pieces. Gantry systems are used for many
application areas from material handling to pick and place solutions, from liquids to solids.
MAE, headquartered in Italy, will present its reworked stepper motor portfolio in Parma. With
gearboxes, encoders, brakes, and electronics from the Dunkermotoren portfolio, the steppers
can be configured to a complete drive solution. New to the stepper motor portfolio is the STE series with the electronics already integrated. These are commissioned and programmed
quickly and easily with the DWLoader commissioning tool. The stepper motors are controlled
either via CANopen or EtherCAT
